Sink into Stone
Soapstone's soft, silky touch and rich colors makes SenSa Soapstone sinks beautiful while the material's natural heat resistance and non-absorbent properties make them practical. The sinks have been recently added to the company's original offering of soapstone countertops, along with a new backsplash and accent border.
SenSa sinks come in three sizes.
The material is naturally low maintenance, according to the manufacturer, and will resist stains and odors. Soapstone darkens naturally over time due to oxidation, but occasional mineral oil applications ensure more uniform oxidation and a more dramatic color. The Teak collection, which can be used indoors or outdoors, includes one- and two-basin vanities with a variety of door styles as well as open-storage configurations. The clean, minimalist vanities are constructed of solid teak. Shown is the 84-inch-long open-storage model C110DUO with a slatted bottom shelf.
